wonderful family weekend
huge pool many restaurants family fun
i had a wonderful weekend with my family at this resort. the pool was huge and offered a lot of fun for everyone. there were many restaurants at the resort, so we had plenty of choices for dining.

the front desk staff provided helpful information upon our arrival ensuring a smooth check in process and also promptly addressed our inquiries throughout our stay making us feel welcome.

mixed feelings about the stay
the apartment was equipped fully. it had everything our family needed for the weekend.
i was quite disappointed with the overcharge at checkout. i was told i would be charged an extra amount for resort fee, taxes and pet fee i didn't expect. i never would have booked it had i known it was going to be so much per night.

fantastic family stay
spacious suite underground parking fun pool attentive staff
i booked a spacious suite. the underground parking prevented any scraping in the winter. the kids love the pool after skiing. the staff were attentive.
there was no ice in the room, only a small tray.

the staff was super nice and very well trained. the waitress suggested a hot toddy for my throat, that really helped. i found this to be very thoughtful.

convenient patio comfortable bed room delay discount issue
The suite was huge, with all the amenities we needed. There was also a convenient outdoor patio. The beds were super comfortable. Parking was secure, and the restaurant was excellent.
The room was not ready when we checked in. I also was not notified when it finally was ready. We were told there would be a discount on the room as it was not ready. they forgot to put a note about it on the file. We had to explain what happened again.
